RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We have structured our recruitment process to be as easy to follow for our prospective candidates / employees.

Online Application

You can apply online for job vacancies listed in our website (maximum of three (3) jobs). We encouraged you to complete the whole process of online application in order to be considered.

Shortlist

We shall shortlist you according to the answers you supply us in applying online. Your uploaded CV detailing your work experience, educational qualifications will be considered against our job requirements.

Technical Test

A technical test is conducted according to the engineering discipline and technical specifications required for the job. The candidate who passes this test is then interviewed.

Interview

Interviews are conducted with the candidates who have passed the technical tests. This is normally done during the recruitment campaign wherein the HR and Technical teams conduct in-country testing and interviews. In other instances a telephonic technical interview is conducted.

Governmental Formalities

This last step consists acquiring a security clearance for the selected candidate from the UAE security authorities. A pre-employment medical test is likewise required prior to visa processing and ticketing.
